We are not responsible for the information practices of such third-party websites or applications.

We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

We strive to maintain the reliability, accuracy, completeness and currency of information that we collect and to protect the privacy and security of our users. Although we cannot guarantee against any loss, misuse, unauthorized disclosure, alteration or destruction of data, we try to prevent such unfortunate occurrences.

6. Data Integrity, Accessing and Updating Personal Information

You may access, modify, or delete the personal information that you have provided to us by logging into your account settings or emailing us at [email protected] with what you would like updated. Please note that we may retain certain information about you as required by law or as permitted by law for legitimate business purposes. For example, if you request that we delete your information but we believe that you have violated our Terms of Use we may retain information about you in order to attempt to resolve the issue before deleting it.

We may send periodic promotional emails to you. You may opt out of such communications by following the opt-out instructions contained in the email or emailing us at [email protected] Please note that it may take a few days for us to process opt-out requests. If you opt out of receiving emails about recommendations or other information we think may interest you, we may still send you emails about your account or any Services you have requested or received from us.

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits customers of Company who are California residents to request certain information regarding its disclosure of PII to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. To make such a request, please send an email to [email protected]

Please note that we are only required to respond to one request per customer each year. You are also advised that Company does not respond to “Do Not Track” signals.
