1. Information We Collect and How We Use It
We may collect information about you directly from you. 3. Cookies and Other Tracking Mechanisms

We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of information. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
We strive to maintain the reliability, accuracy, completeness and currency of information that we collect and to protect the privacy and security of our users. Although we cannot guarantee against any loss, misuse, unauthorized disclosure, alteration or destruction of data, we try to prevent such unfortunate occurrences.
6. Data Integrity, Accessing and Updating Personal Information
We may send periodic promotional emails to you. You may opt out of such communications by following the opt-out instructions contained in the email or emailing us at [email protected] Please note that it may take a few days for us to process opt-out requests. If you opt out of receiving emails about recommendations or other information we think may interest you, we may still send you emails about your account or any Services you have requested or received from us.
Users in certain jurisdictions have a right to access personal information held about them. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with applicable law. Please submit any requests for access to your personal data in writing to [email protected]
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits customers of Company who are California residents to request certain information regarding its disclosure of PII to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. To make such a request, please send an email to [email protected]
Please note that we are only required to respond to one request per customer each year. You are also advised that Company does not respond to “Do Not Track” signals.
